To get activated email us on support@specialt.co.za and we will give you access to both versions.
Use your **work email address** on the therapist app and your personal email address on MySpecialT which is the client app.
It is critical that you are trained and certified within the profession that you are registering on SpecialT. Some professions do not require an HPCSA number, if this is not required in your profession you can use your certification number or certificate form your training when registering.
Yes, you can use version 1 and version 2 at the same time. Just make sure that we activate your email address on version 2 and we can get you up and running.
We suggest that you join a practice as a therapist if you receive supervisors, share notes, and the practice owner does your billing and manages you.
We suggest you create your own practice, if you are a therapist that works alongside other therapists, manage your own caseload and does your own billing , we recommend that you create your own practice and the associate with other practices.
Yes, you can associate with another practice in a different profession. At this stage there are no specific permissions between associations.
Yes, you can add more than one Profession. Additional Professions can be added on your profile once you have registered.
Don't worry , its easy to fix this. Select the more button on the bottom right on the app, then select the plus button next to Practice and Teams. Either find the correct practice or create your own practice by following the steps.
To delete the incorrect practice, please send us an email on
support@specialt.co.za and we will cancel this practice under your profile.
Yes, it it a new platform so you will need to create a new account .
We advice that you use same email address that was used in version 1.
Once we have activated your email address on version 2, you can log in and register your practice.
Contact us if you would like us to activate your email address.
Ensure the practice has been registered with SpecialT. If it has not been created, you can invite the practice owner to create the practice.
